Cancellation, late, and no-show policies

Cancellations 

Cancellations with 24 hrs notice (no fee) via email or text

Cancellations without 24 hours of notice (50% of the service fee)

No shows

100% of the service fee

Running Late to Session 

If you arrive 15 minutes later, you might consider rescheduling the session to still derive full benefit from the class.  If you are late, we can only meet for the remaining time left of the session you had scheduled to avoid impacting others.  Full class rate will be charged. 

Cancellation by me

If I have to cancel an appointment with you, I will notify you within the 24 hours from the time of your scheduled appointment. You will not be charged for this.
