2024 Autumn classes

Morning movement classes

For those who like to mix it up. In these classes, I’ll offer traditional yoga practices, natural movement, somatics and play. All practices will be designed to support your health physically, emotionally and mentally.

For your body, I’ll offer techniques and practices for strength, mobility, balance, breath and stability. For your mental and emotional selves, I’ll offer mediation, poetry, encourage kindness, non-judgement, graceful acceptance, body awareness and a good sense of humour.

Who are these classes for?

I want a world where everyone, regardless of your shape, colour, size, expression, years or ability can feel like they belong. Everyone will be valued and welcomed.

For the sake of practicality, this class assumes an ability to walk, sit on the ground and lay down without any issues. (If you don’t have these abilities but would like to practice, let me know - we can see about getting a class going.)

Time and dates:

5 April - 21 June 2024 (Fridays) (10 week session)

(no classes on 19 & 26 April - school holiday weeks)

7:15-8:15am

Venue: Pearce Community Centre. (If the weather is lovely, we will do it outside in the fresh air)


Cost: $200 to be paid at registration.

What you’ll need: A yoga mat.
